Since 2016, I’ve written for small and large businesses, news outlets, solopreneurs, lifestyle blogs, product manufacturers, educators, magazines, and nonprofit organizations. Copywriting Workflow for Agencies + Clients
My top priority is to be efficient with everyone’s time and to limit back-and-forth throughout onboarding and content delivery. I’m happy to work within an agency’s existing processes, though if you’re looking for an autonomous professional, you’ve found her:
Step One: Onboard Writer to Existing Client Ecosystem — Provide Client links, top competitor links, existing SEO and marketing strategies, brand guide, keyword list, word count target, client and/or agency subjects brainstorm (list), and content goals. For web copy, provide site map and subsections outline. If some resources not yet available, we can work around them or create ongoingly.
Step Two: Content Pitch Delivery — Writer provides 12 - 16 titles with short (three bullet) outlines with highlighted line-items for Client elaboration. For web copy, Writer provides a site mapped outline with highlighted line-items. Client and/or Agency notes, strikes, and approves pitches.
Step Three: Writer + Source (Client) Quote Capture — Recorded Zoom call with Client to discuss highlighted line-items and capture quotes for the entire content outline. Client and/or Agency prioritizes topics and finalizes delivery schedule.
Deliverables: Google Doc [for review] — Client and/or Agency reviews each article and provides one round of comments or suggested changes. Final deliverable Google Doc submitted for publishing.

Created and outlined concept; wrote all content; laid-out and designed in Adobe InDesign for print; sourced & curated content from 70+ St Pete-based Instagram users; sourced printed and had limited 50-copy run full-color, 60+ page coffee table magazine.
